It is always possible that you have to cancel a session. That is not a problem but we ask you to do this at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel later, I ask 50% of the price of a session as a cancellation fee. If you do not cancel, we will charge the full amount.

Coaching for Relaxation and Stress Prevention

The integration of Somatic Experiencing© tools with relaxation techniques like breathing and specific tension release exercises support the client to become aware of her/his own resources. Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a naturalistic approach that works directly to repair the effects of chronic stress in our body (soma) and a powerful method to treat anxiety symptoms. Sensations are the language of our body, the experience of sensations is then the access to work with the regulation of the nervous system. This session is an extraordinary holistic approach to recover wellbeing in your body and reinforce feelings of relaxation, inner balance, self esteem and being a powerful treatment against depression or burn out.
