Our Sacred Earth and Trauma Healing

It is time for healing!

As a global civilization, without awareness it will be extremely hard to stop our harmful habits not to mention reversing the damage we have already caused in our environment.
During this evening we will give some scientific background to understand the nature of trauma and the regulation of the nervous system, based on Somatic Experiencing.
In this event a healing dynamic will connect us as a collective group, a collective consciousness, as part of the Earth.
We will aim to reconnect with body awareness, social connection and the sense of belonging.
Those are some of the many qualities that will be explored and embodied during this evening.
